You can either lather up your body with soap and use to gently exfoliate or soap up the loofah and then scrub. Works well with liquid body wash too.
These loofah body scrubs wear well and will last for several months if you rinse out and dry between each use. Being 100% natural fibres with cotton stitching and handle they can be added to your home compost when you have finished using.
They fit nicely in your hand and will puff up and soften when wet for a gentle body exfoliation.
